Research Management Group is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our offerings. This policy may change from time to time so please check back periodically. When the policy is changed, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of the privacy policy.

What is Personal Information?
Personal information is any information that can identify you. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.

Use of your personal information:
Research Management Group only collects your personal information once you have agreed to participate in a survey. This privacy policy governs the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Research Management Group. If you have concerns about the collection of your personal information by other companies, or their sharing of information with Research Management Group, please contact them to discuss their privacy policies and procedures.

The personal information provided by you to participate in the Research Management Group studies is collected and used by Research Management Group for market research purposes. The answers to Research Management Group surveys will be used to populate Research Management Group reports and databases. Survey answers will be analysed and may be shared with other companies in the aggregate*, but your personal information (which is information that can identify you) will never be shared with other companies. *Data in the Aggregate: Research Management Group does disclose aggregated (i.e. collective) user statistics (for example, 45% of our users are female) to clients and other third parties. As personal information is information that can identify you, data in the aggregate is not considered personal information as it cannot identify you.

Information collected by Research Management Group will be housed in Canada, as well as in other locations for operational and storage purposes. Research Management Group has contracts in place with each third party service provider that contains provisions protecting your personal information to the greatest extent possible under applicable law. That being said, where personal information is stored in locations outside of Canada, such information (including rights to access and obligations to disclose) will be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. Laws protecting personal information in other jurisdictions in which Research Management Group stores data, including personal information, may be different than the laws protecting personal information in Canada.

Research Management Group will keep a copy of all personal information provided by each member of the research study.

If you do not want Research Management Group to use your information for any one of these purposes, do not participate in the study.
